For months I was having interesting conversations with different coaches, managers and leaders about self-leadership. People who in some way, shape or form also have a connection with Nature.

Connections that took all kinds of forms, but always were an integral part of how they show up in the world, in their lives and as leaders.

No matter the form their connection with Nature would take, every one of my conversation partners agreed on this principle:

Over time the idea of sharing conversations around Self-Leadership and a connection to Nature with a wider audience took shape and this podcast was born.
