Connect with Nature

 

 

During these uncertain times when many are limited in their activities, it is easy to become overstressed. Especially for those who are in essential jobs. For example, people in healthcare.

When asked for ways overstressed healthcare workers could practice self-care, I naturally thought of ways to do that through connecting with Nature.

I very quickly realised these self-care tips are beneficial to everyone and not limited to nurses and other healthcare workers. Especially during the turbulent times, we are experiencing due to the coronavirus pandemic. And even when time is limited and you don’t have Nature on your doorstep.
